Spotted in a parking lot. At first I thought the car had a covering of ice, but that doesn’t often happen in 70 degree weather. It’s hard to make out from the photo, but the whole car has a sort of sheen and texture to it. What can even do this?

Accumulated sap collection from parking under a tree can do that, but I’ve never seen it that bad.

The car has been ejaculating slowly over time. The sun dries it up quickly.
